Nanotech and Swig media entered into a joint venture, with Swig's founder and CEO becoming Nanotech's CEO effective immediately.

Looking at his IMDb biography, he seems something else than the monkey CEO's NTEK had the past years. Especially the last paragraph talking about Swig in particular.
