I received this IM recently. Based on the tone of his IM I saw it as something who would try to bring up later saying I am spreading false statements. I am also concerned about people that try to get inside information about our company by phoning in and grilling employees. I will address this one last time. Starting with the IM I received.

Steve, I spoke with Joseph Collins and staff yesterday about the pixilation problem. The problem is on your end and will be cleared up shortly. Punch will be switching their transmission to a more suitable satilite that will better deliver the frequency that Punch delivers. It is the little ,things that will help to restore or destroy your credibility. Steve, I hope you do something BIG that will justify the 4 billion shares soon otherwise PNCH will be looked at as a farse. Please deliver the goods.
This is the email from Filmon. They get the same signal all our affiliates get and nobody has any issues. There is nothing wrong with our feed. It works fine for everyone else.
Hi Steve,
I've copied the techs who are most familiar with the ongoing PUNCH TV pixelation problem and have alerted those who oversee the support@filmon.com team with the latest info.
Just so you know, I never told the support team that the source signal was the problem, and I'm not sure where that response came from. What we have talked about internally is that we are still not sure where the problem is coming from. We are not experiencing a problem like this with on other channels, so we are mystified, but we are still looking to troubleshoot the problem.
Have a nice holiday!
Best,
Kim
We are moving to a different satellite. The current one has no issues. The new one is the same one all cable systems use which gives them access to begin carrying Punch on their systems.
Lastly, about This guy's quote...
Steve, I hope you do something BIG that will justify the 4 billion shares soon otherwise PNCH will be looked at as a farse.
If our long term goal is to achieve success on the level of AMC, Syfy or Fox we needed an authorized share structure that did not strangle us. The increase gave us that. How in the world our incredible growth over the last year would suddenly be considered a farse because we adjusted our authorized shares is ridiculous. If this person wants a stagnant company that is not growing he should sell his shares (if he owns any) in PNCH and go someplace else.
We are in a major growth and building phase. During this time, there will be growth spurts and times when it seems things have slowed down as we internally plan and position. In the long run, over time, I feel the results of our work will be rewarding for all. I feel, the stock price will catch up with our true value and long term shareholder will be rewarded. But this will not happen over night. In time our true value will be reflected correctly by the market place.
