99 million in revenue and the value of the company on the ipo is 1:1 (which it never is that would) that would make the second ipo would be 99mil/347 mil shares , which = 0.285 per share. But again this is with limited insight from the company so this is only speculation, but its interesting to look at. Either way i think we are in a good position if you bought before the shares were de-listed.
