$SGBY Here is an overview of my reasoning for buying SGBY.
I first entered the Marijuana sector in 2014 after seeing what medical marijuana could do for kids with seizures. That lead me to believe owning stocks that touched the plant would be very lucrative and help the world at the same time.
I was wrong !!!!!
Now I believe Big Pharma and Big Tobacco will take over and the government will place the FDA in charge...........
$SGBY is a compliance stock and will IMHO fall under the FDA some day in the future.
SGBY IMHO will be able to use banking and not face the tax burdens of those companies that touch the plant.
SGBY IMHO will actually receive tax incentives from states and the federal government as now they are considered an unfunded mandate !!!!!

SGBY now has four labs that test marijuana in Oregon. Testing started in Oct of 2016........thus the filings that are about to be released are meaningless.
SGBY works on a fiscal year Oct -Sep and hopefully Q1 numbers will be released asap......as thats the GOLDEN EGG of SGBY !!!!!
SGBY was not even half up and running in Oct , yet generated 198,000 in revenue from testing........
$SGBY in November jumped up revenue to 345,000 in 30 days !!!! by Nov they had added one more lab in the State of California !!!!!!!!!!!

Recently I discovered this link that shows IMHO a steady revenue stream from Oregon for testing as the link shows a back log of 1270 samples that need testing.

SGBY is required to test ten pound batches at a cost of 370.00 a batch.
That link shows IMHO 35 million dollars worth of testing left..for the entire state of Oregon and SGBY has four out of 8 labs................(not verified)
SGBY plans to add 17 more labs in California...........that's great if financing is NOT TOXIC.
In Sept there was an article written that felt SGBY needed 1.7 million in rev to break even...........
Since November's numbers are in at 345,000 (unaudited) , we know now the company should generate 4 million in rev.........and easily become cash flow positive any day now.
