Strictly an opinion, positive speculation of moves the company is making along with thoughts at some point the federal govt will get in line with what the states arendoing...their is moneylenders to be had via taxes....
Plus, MCOA is being mentioned along with others in articles of pot stocks to watch.
Before the Nov 8 vote, hype ran it up to .20 then it fell, with a very slow uptrend there after.
I personally like this business model, so do your DD and decide.
