It is ruining Portland and especially Lewiston.My youngest step daughter is on SSI (M-R) I have to bring her down to the SSI office periodically and go right by the DHS offices.To see people getting out of expensive SUV's or Caddies etc.to meet their caseworkers and then down the street seeing the same folks/cars at the Hannaford shopping with foodstamps is a little irritating.
