fascinating .. 
so yesterday's *volume* .. not one time stamp claimed and *visibly wash traded*
UP ..
was followed today with almost no volume (2 trades both hidden)
last time stamp claimed was the long's partial fill @ bid (032) on the 17th
CEs' spite filled that with seconds to go to close mkt .. (PTOI DOWN)
also interesting .. *imo* is PTOI's bid slowly inching up .. some is known legit ..
Monday is the 23rd .. it would be nice to see what P2O has to share then
imo it's 50/50 as to what is filed .. neither will surprise me (DA or another extension)
any way it is sliced imo .. if CEs' *cant* show *volume* by EO Month .. they
have less than squat re: additional *injections* re: abusive liquidity
i'll take low to no volume (like today) until P2O's mgmt executes and/or implements
