Hi, Steve, I still have the issue to buy PNCH on line through my broker Questrade, they only allow me to sell through them, I can't buy, and all of my workmates as well as my friends who are with Questrade face the same issue..

When I asked the Q-trade--why we can't buy while we can only sell, they said, some agency suggest to  Questrade to put PNCH on DTCC limit , so they listened, and they have no plan to remove this limit in the near future...I know this is kind of BS...(  I wonder if the agency Q-trade refered is the chief shorties bosses  of Questrade)...

You know, a lots of my workmates here in Conocophillips Canada, they got PNCH shares at very high level, they just try to average down, and a lots of my friends also try to bottom in this one through Questrade( as Questrade is the No. 1 online broker), but with this issue, Questrade won't allow all of us to buy, so could you please check this for us----- as this kind of action by Q-trade is absolutely illeagal....

Like last time, you talked with TDA, and then TDA lift the ban and limit on ICPA, could you please help us with Questrade?
