"I am currently looking for a new and better career opportunity as Senior Director of R&D, VP of R&D, or CTO at an honest,
data- and results-driven nanomaterials/nanotechnology company."
* Senior Director of R&D promotion was earned and approved by Sri Peruvemba, Quantum Materials Corp President and CEO,
and unanimously by the entire Quantum Materials Corp Board of Directors but blocked from going into official effect by a shareholder proxy fight.

....given Nathan's prior understanding, I can see why his disappointment and compulsion to move on and wish him well.
I think the comment wrt proxy fight indicates support w/prior regime, (if neutral; then silence would've been maintained and time allowed for dust to settle and communications to follow wrt position, imo).
I expect SS would want to have a clean house and was more critical wrt support, (given recent perceived danger).
I do know that SS tends to be cryptic, direct, and proactive wrt concerns.
Given the proxy issue being dealt with, I see the company as being leaner, more motivated, and focused going forward.
That said:
Do you think Any that like QMC's product and materials are apt to change their mind? I don't.
