Another attorney letter was submitted today with respect to current information. I didn't get to directly compare it to the last one, but I think the difference was a paragraph at the end that said neither has there been a promotion in the last 3 years, nor have any securities been sold during that time.

I don't remember seeing that language before in prior letters. Should help get the Jolly Roger removed.
