very good post thunder I agree, the estimate of 100k+ to "come back" and file comes from where? I don't have a clue here so just asking if this is a guess or where you estimated your numbers from, can one assume a "normal" cost associated to file certain forms and then an auditor to get them current as the incurred costs or what else would be major costs? Thanks!
