They are just starting their plastic collection process.  Agricultural plastic waste happens in cycles.  Will there be any left to collect from this past growing season?  Probably not.  So it's the start of a new year.  Sure, there will be some to collect throughout the year.

My guess remains that it will take six months for there to be enough plastic collected to ship to JBII given that it is a new program and the start of a new year.

It's not like the spigot will get turned on immediately.
