Something all here should consider. I have no clue if the LOI will close as it was presented. If it does Jerry will be giving up/selling 1mm class A that convert to 100MM common to Ms Li and group that will give her controlling interest of RMHB. So if prices stick Ms Li Jerry will be paying 3.5mm for those shares that are now valuated over 8MM. Jerry will still have over 16% of Common so he's not crying to the bank.. We all owe Jerry a huge debt of gratitude for arranging this deal that will allow us to grow and prosper with all the fresh money and overseas markets ripe for the pickings. Jerry Didn't look to Dilute us or do business with another shylark POS Like Roy Meadows and his POS daughter to raise more Capital.
As of next Month we'll have the cash on hand/Books ( I have no clue what Ms Li is bringing to the table). Won't have to listen to gloom and doomers here saying they gonna dilute you to. Rest assured Big Box is watching what is happening and believe we're giving them a great show. The last great show will be when they show us the Money !!
