My problem here is the complete lack of transparency whilst we still wait on the financials. Whilst it appeared KJ was keeping everyone in the loop with his "in the news PRs last year " lets cast a critical eye on them , if you do that you can see they are nothing but fluff and bluff.

• The two Nigeria projects, which do not rely on Export Credit Agency financing, use a rate
recovery based finance model on a pilot basis. Meetings will be held while Cardinal Resources’
team is in Cameroon, to finalize the starting point for the pilot project of 5 to 8 CRB-40s. We
have not booked this as a job pending the results of those meetings and down payment.
• The expansion for the government in Panama continues to move slowly ahead. Other initiatives
have been started by our partner to provide systems to private developers and companies while
waiting on the Government.
• The South Africa contract is pending the receipt of water sample results and final source
designation.
• We have number of on-going environmental services contracts underway that include
consulting services, in the US and international, environmental due diligence and environmental
monitoring.
• We have issued quotations for multiple systems in East Africa and continue to pursue
opportunities in multiple countries Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. While not contracts
yet we are seeing an expansion in the opportunity pipeline.
Nothing nothing nothing has come of any of these 6 months down the line

and pretty much one and all nothing has been filed and its always a push back on timings or quietly dropped as if it did not exist , there is no balance sheet to see if/how much revenue has been booked. Its such a smoke and mirrors operation with it always being tomorrow. Its a over a month since the Chinese announcement and still nothing filed for financials or any other work, Looks to me like the Chinese really did not like what they saw and finally bailed not the other way round. KJ needed that deal.
Just waiting for the next fluff to be released, i truly do believe without some kind of finance deal $CDNL is dead as they cannot afford it seems to complete financials or build anything.
Nice dream clean water for the world and make money but that is all $CDNL seems to be. How can you think otherwise, feels like some toxic financing may have to be brought in to keep the lights on.
