Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Cache Inc. dba Kerr Consulting of The Woodlands, Texas, by Proviso Capital of New York City. The acquisition closed January 3, 2017. Details were not disclosed.
Founded in 1987, Kerr Consulting (Kerr) is a full-service provider of IT services including accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, along with customer relationship management (CRM) and human resources software. Kerr's client base is global, with more than 2,200 clients in all 50 states and more than 20 countries; Kerr serves its clients through 10 offices across the United States. The company is a preferred-level Sage reseller and ranks consistently in the top 20 of Sage resellers.
