It's not that I was insinuating that they are lazy or incompetent. I just don't think there is anyone out there who can convince a judge that Mako has committed a crime. Mako and Pump Stopper/Terminator before him have used this formula a dozen times with no repercussions. Nanoviricides took a stand and could not even get Pump Stopper's identity from Seeking Alpha.
The vast majority of stock basher suits in recent years have been dismissed due to the opinion defense.
