Well, I guess there's a bit more "fact checking" t

On the liehub board, PROPHET-of-PROFITS made the following post:
1) First, let's dig into this statement:
"all convertible debt was purged in may and april per the boss. any notes remaining are small and under 10k equals nothing."
If this statement is true, then why does the Annual Report, which gives financial statements as of 10/31/16, still reflect the following:
Accounts Payable $1,258,361
Accrued Note Interest $651,905
Due to related 3rd parties $106,383
Notes payable $400,529
Convertible notes payable $286,118
If everything was "purged in May and April", then I would expect to see hardly any debt on the 10/31/16 financial statements. But instead, we see debt of $2,703,296 listed as of 10/31/16. (https://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=ONCI&id=164325). $2.7 million is a whole bunch of "small and under 10k" notes. So which is true, Steve Berman? The official Annual Report that was filed on 12/20/16 that reflects $2.7 million worth of debt, or the information you divulged to a shareholder on the phone today saying everything was "purged in May and April"?
2) Next, let's dig into this statement:
"the share structure hasn't changed and is stagnant per ceo."
This is simply not true. Unless, of course, you're talking about "hasn't changed" and "stagnant" from say, maybe, um 2 days ago. Because the numbers below (verified today from the Transfer Agent) completely contradict what you told the shareholder on the phone today about "hasn't changed" and "stagnant":
Share structure as of 10/31/16:
5,030,000,000 A/S
2,798,719,698 O/S
1,113,550,914 float
Share structure as of TODAY (01/18/17):
5,030,000,000 A/S
3,293,917,948 O/S
1,643,911,307 float
And then, Steve, you pulled a fast one on ALL OF US by gagging the T/A once you learned people were calling to verify the share structure. You do realize that was a dumb move you did there, right? It makes everything look like a coverup. More than ever before, it looks like you're hiding something.
What else are you hiding and not telling shareholders, Steve? Oh sure, if one of the "friendly" shareholders calls into your office, you'll blow smoke up their skirt and tell them all the rah-rah stuff. But now I'm wondering what's true and what's not true based on some pretty simple fact checking. Is ANYTHING you've said in the past 6 to 8 weeks even true? The supposed contracts with fleets? Thes supposed JV deals with MJ companies? The supposed cancellation of 1.5 billion shares (while you secretly ADDED 500,000,000 million shares to the O/S and float)? I think it's time for you to be more forthcoming with shareholders.
