(NYSE: GCP ) today announced that its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the AC Hotel Cambridge, 10 Acorn Park Drive, Cambridge, MA 02140, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 8, 2017 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
