Let's discuss on this board what has happened with the verification of the share structure today for ONCI.
Earlier today, I called the T/A and received updated share structure information:
Share structure as of TODAY (01/18/17):
5,030,000,000 A/S
3,293,917,948 O/S
1,643,911,307 float
I posted that information on the liehub board. When this information was met with some resistance, I suggested people call the T/A themselves to verify the numbers. Many people claimed I was lying and said they called the T/A themselves and said the T/A is gagged.
So to prove my point, I called the Transfer Agent A SECOND TIME, expecting to get the same exact information as they gave me earlier. But guess what...the T/A is now saying you must call the company to get updated share structure information. You know that means? That means that Steve Berman caught wind that people were onto this game and verifying the current share structure, and he has now put the KABOSH on people verifying the share structure. Yep, Steve Berman has now gagged the T/A...that was QUICK and NASTY! But the cat is out of the bag. Steve Berman is up to no good with all this toxic debt conversion while tweet pumping, CEO blog pumping, and PR pumping to try and get investors excited while toxic noteholders unloaded on their heads. Not cool, Steve, not cool. And now that dilution has been VERIFIED, Steve is now trying to play coverup by not allowing people to call the T/A and verify the current share structure. Through all his recent hype using several different platforms, Steve makes it sound like he's been doing all these great things for shareholders. All the while, he has been secretly increasing the O/S and float by almost a half billion shares. And now, he has made it impossible for people to verify the share structure. So we have no way to verify if the dump-fest is continuing. Shame on you, Steve Berman.
This has played out like so many stinky pinky OTC companies. I've seen this type of behavior FAR too many times from CEO's of OTC companies. They try to convince shareholders they are doing all this stuff to "build shareholder value", while they secretly do PLENTY to destroy shareholder value. Dilution is the name of the game in OTC-land. Rack up millions of dollars of debt, give away bazillions of shares at deeply discounted prices (usually a 50% to 70% discount to the current market value), and destroy shareholder value while creating lots of bagholders.
