Plus, one would have to think

that Veal, Shawn, and other company personal have accrued/accumulated
a hefty amount of shares for their work, to this point.

Even paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to relist, if that is the price,
would be a pittance compared to cashing in themselves and Gene at .05,.06,
.07 or higher.

Assuming that they grow and HJOE fan is correct with the latest news. If HJOE
can have just 15-20% of take off and land lucrative deals. Your looking at Millions of dollars in revenues for a penny stock. That is a rarity. I believe that then, if listed and trading, six figure deals would move this up rather nicely.(As would a nice Q of millions of dollars) This would get pumped bigtime because
of the fact they are really banking millions of dollars.

Their are a lot more reasons to get current and trade than not. Especially if Management is sitting on 50million,100 million, or much higher in shares.
50 million at .05 is still 2.5 million dollars. I can only imagine what they could
cash out for if things ramp up and as Goodspeed talks about an irrational trading happens. (They are able to cash out at .15-.20 or higher) Hell, just to prove ihub wrong, would be incentive for HJOE mgt.

The decision to relist really will rely on whether they think they can grow
as a company=revs. If they think they can continue to grow and build the brand,
they would be foolish to flush their shares down the drain.(Utterly foolish)
They could cash out some unbelievable profits and still own the company,
to sell down the road. Double dipping....

JMHO-great post Stephen!!!!!!!!!!!!!
