I think if you 2:1 PTEL and merger you get 100 million...
I went ahead with that 144 million and figured 34 million DUTV for 168 million being 2 seperate SS yet . I think I see where knight gets 8 million at.
So I took away 8 from 4 from TORQ an 4 from DUTV and got 140 million TORQ and 30 million DUTV.
So I added 30 million DUTV to a Nasdaq ready and got 50 million and then forward split 140 million TORQ 10:1 and got that 1.4 Billion number from the Fundamentals.
Then I took 4 million and put them on a boat overseas and took 4 million to pay for 4 certs.
Guessing dark fiber is going through $1000 for a $100 IPO
Can I google dark fiber ?
