Here's what I got back from SA after disputing the

Thank you for the message, Pat, we appreciate you getting in touch. As per our dispute policy, we can only review specific factual claims that you believe are in error, with evidence provided by you (or another disputant) to show why they are in error. The ties between Platinum and CTIX were discussed in the previous Mako article on CTIX, so for that point we would need to see specific points in error in that article.

I am an investor in Cellceutix (CTIX). The company was defamed by an article published by an entity calling itself Mako Research, which article Seeking Alpha published. The article seeks to destroy CTIX by inferring corporate malfeasance and/or fraud by association with Platinum Partners Financing. There is no direct connection nor is there any evidence to support any of the claims made in the article. This is the second hit-piece by Mako Research. The first inspired a class action law suit by the Rosen law firm, which suit was dismissed with prejudice in federal court. Please take this article down, and don’t publish more articles by Mako Research without screening them for accuracy and factual content.
