I can't see HJOE as the party causing the delays either. Delays in court equals $$$ signs for lawyers. I can see how the loan sharks would have the financial means to keep delaying, and perhaps they're thinking HJOE will fold. Won't matter one iota as they aren't trading anyway. If the end game is shares for KBM, HJOE already screwed that angle up. I agree though, as long as KBM and any other toxic debt is out there, they'll be no comeback.
