I'm sure by this time that everyone realizes that the troll is attempting to turn discussion away from real issues, and is misstating things to try to provoke people into refuting things that shouldn't have to be refuted. It's an attempt to scare new readers and possible new investors.
Do not be fooled by incorrect pseudo-legal jargon and phony "analysis." It is clear that when someone talks about things in a way that imply bad things about this company, and then claims that he didn't really mean THAT -- well, it's a classic trolling tactic.
