Sentica Partners exploring options for its ownership in Kotipizza
Sentica Partners Oy has today published a press release in which it announces that Sentica Partners Oy's funds "Sentica Buyout III Ky" and "Sentica Buyout III Co-Investment Ky" (together, " Sentica Partners ") have engaged Carnegie Investment Bank and Pareto Securities to explore options for reducing their ownership in Kotipizza Group Oyj (" Kotipizza ") in one or several stages. Sentica Partners currently owns 4,020,618 shares, representing 63.3 percent of all the shares and votes in Kotipizza. Sentica Partners has been a shareholder in Kotipizza since 2011 and is represented in Kotipizza's Board of Directors.
