Short-seller or their flunky comes here and spews a load of BS. It amazes me that these guys (or in the case of the multi-identities, this guy) thinks that there is anything to be gained by saying this BS to us. It's Mr. Ehrlich and the Ashcroft Firm that they should be lobbying -- preferably with a big fat settlement check in their hands.
CTIX can absolutely go after Mako and Seeking Alpha, and when a suit is initiated it will be easy to come up with many more details about him, probably down to how many socks the head honchos have in their underwear drawers.
