I disagree. Too many companies have had that attitude and that is why they feel they can say anything they please without having to pay a price for it. I say bankrupt the SOB's I don't care how many shares are diluted because of it it is high time someone had the balls to say I'm mad as hell and not going to take it anymore! Go CTIX!!!
