I have heard some guff in my time regarding reasons why $CDNL has still not filed but to be compared to Nestle,Heineken and Rolls Royce for being on the pinks and having no financials as well to legitimize the current situation is hilarious.
The fact is these are foreign entities listed on their home markets and so they trade the pinks here because they are not listed here so they have no financial obligation to file here but they sure as sh*t file in their respective home markets.
The usual voices calling the imminent financials and big contracts that have been saying the same thing for the last 12 months or longer, i guess if you call it enough times you just might be right once, but i have my doubts though. More like they want to hype it up for another sucker transfer of wealth for the new to themselves. KJ may even facilitate this by a fluff announcement that will not come to fruition more than likely
If you cast a critical eye over $CDNL they have been promising the same things for years, uplisting stock, getting financially compliant and huge African contracts to make 10s of $millions all the while stopping people going thirsty.
IMHO i feel the company is on life support now there is no more Chinese investment. Any Cash is likely to come from a toxic source and i am sure cash is tight right now, hence no progress on Audit as this costs $.
How many shares are out there? how much cash is left? how many bills are outstanding these are the questions that need answering, or its just a crap shoot based on hype, unfulfilled promises , and ignoring the company history . Yes a few will make money regardless of any outcome but many more will be holding a bag IMHO. I will now sit back and relax a while, interested to see how the next couple of months play out and happy to be wrong, history says otherwise though.
