There is no connection that I'm aware of or can find that links CTIX to them. But the intent of this article is to cover their shorts. The article is reviewed by all the SA insiders for 3 days before we see it. So why didn't the price start dropping 3 days ago? I notice CDEL looked like they were losing control and that would probably trigger a short group to attack and cover. Just my opinion of course
