My take is, he is assisting points being made by thefightforflight posts, to provide details of his chapter by chapter history of Baltia.
I've been in this stock beginning Feb 24, 2014 and find the history lesson in these chapters via TFFF very interesting, and details via speck as well.
IMO, that is speck's intention, but he can speak for speck.
