$ASTI In the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center we had just finished viewing the booths of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:ITNC), Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD), Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA), and GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) when, after the crowd was shuffled to the South Hall, something caught my attention. Positioned at Booth 30459, next to Belkin International, Inc, are two brightly lit signs with a pedestal centerpiece. To the left, a life-sized mannequin clothed in hiking attire stands. Over the mannequin's shoulders hangs a backpack device adorned with what appears to be solar panels. The sophisticated props and bright orange lights catch our attention and we proceed over to the booth to learn more. Surrounding this brightly lit centerpiece are the various solar power products of the company EnerPlex, owned by public company Ascent Solar Technologies (OTCMKTS:ASTI). A representative, surrounded by two large light panels, was waiting at the front desk to answer any question we had. The representative explained to us the various consumer, aerospace, and military applications for ASTI 's ultra-thin and flexible solar panels.
