Actually if you had bothered following what happened to this dealer you would know he was injured in a car accident earlier last year while traveling to new stores to place the products in. Then later in the year he was badly burned over much of his body in a freak accident and airlifted to a burn center where he spent some time. He didn't have insurance to cover any of it and was back at work trying to get the products in more locations before he could even use a pen to take the orders.
That is the reason he's as you say underfunded at this time. But thanks for your concern.
And the distributor for the tradeshow he wants to attend covers many states not just his area. So if he's able to get them to carry the products it would have a positive impact for the company and other dealers along with shareholders when/if the stock trades again.
