Not sure about the whole South American thing as like i said the 2nd Kevin was in China on the last Install, if he had been burnt on that then i doubt he would be willing to go to China. JMHO
But the fact the whole Panama thing failed to work out seems indicative of $CDNL regarding almost anything.
Whilst the PPS now reflects the real current value of CDNL unless they change the habits of a lifetime i do not see this doing anything but Hype, rise in PPS, fail to deliver and repeat again. I have seen this pattern 3 times in less than 18 months and if truth be told they have delivered absolutly nothing.
Lets break it down
in the last 18 months or so i can say one of the smallest unit to Panama, to supposedly to satisfy government officials for a large follow on order. Number of units following on 0
One of the smallest units again to China supposedly to seal the deal with the Chinese for the SPA and a mega future, SPA collapsed and no other orders.
Cameroon continuinally delayed and zero income that can be verified.
Dealings in Arizona with no verifiable income again or scale of profits.
Nigeria depite the economic turmoil in that country is now back in play ? One thing Nigeria is famous for is not paying its bills so again seems like a poor place to do business.
No financials for 2016, no audit despite a CFO being hired 8 months ago,
This is just scratching the surface i am sure, some of the the other boards loyalty is nauseating or naivety depending on your point of view/opinion. Getting excited because $7k changed hands on Friday at .0042 is hardly cause for celebration IMO.
I took of my $CDNL rose colored spectacles a while back and look at it far more judgementally. If your look at the big picture it really is starting to smell a little off. Not saying you cannot make money trading it, if you do not fall for the great things are going to happen spin, the great things are always just around the corner, trouble is $CDNL is an ever decreasing circle it seems.
