Indeed, they should be sanctioned for continuing beyond the rebuttal vetted by a third party (Ashcroft). Of course any proven conspiracy with Mako would be deserving of punishment. As of now though, they only seem guilty of pressing the suit with unreliable and false information.
One makes more money when the plan their investments around what is instead of what should be. We all enjoyed the chance to average down as the good news for this company continues to roll in. You, Drano, Scgmck, Incubus and I are not bad people for taking advantage of it. We put our money up to help stem the tide. Some people just seem to feel more guilty about it than others.
