A possible financial benefit for CTIX from the final ruling is that the judge can award CTIX their legal fees. For the kind of damages that we genuine long-term longs would like to see, it will require a class-action civil suit by injured long-time shareholders. (Note that I say "will," not "would." ) It is in no way an advantage for the CTIX stock price to stay down here awaiting a decision, because the Rosen Firm could appeal damages by saying that the stock price's failure to recover had nothing to do with them. (Doesn't it make you wonder why there has been such a concerted effort, which many of us have observed and commented on, to keep the stock price down -- using things like 10 share trades to print a lower closing price than the trading range all day long?)
For newer readers who are unfamiliar with the specifics of the bogus lawsuit that was thrown out, the judge can award sanctions against the Rosen Firm, because they pursued this case despite CTIX having supplied them with documentation that proved that the Rosen Firm's suit was groundless and that the claims they made were easily disproven.
Nevertheless, Rosen continued the suit, constantly asking for extensions, to try to drag the suit on as long as possible to keep CTIX's share price suppressed.
