For the average investor, who has not invested yet, and doesnt have a lot to spend, can afford 3000 to 10,000 shares, and is wanting a quick profit (as in buy tomorrow, sell next week):
Short term: OWCP
ICNB may need to simmer for a couple more weeks, allowing the purchase of more shares..
Medium: ICNB
Long term (as in end of 2017): ICNB
Long term (as in 2020): OWCP
