Brilliant, AlanC. Too bad it would be a precedent-setting hot potato. That would be a fair way of compensating those of us who were hurt by these scumbags, some of whom now have gone long and will probably try to pump the stock.
Just look at AVXL for an example of what the scum can do. If you looked at comments on lieHUB in the days right before the various runs up, you'd see many of the familiar CTIX basher names PUMPING AVXL, then disappearing after the run-up (probably shorting it), then pumping it again after it tanked.

The best thing for CTIX would be if these trading gangs would just leave. Pumping is abhorrent too -- though not as abhorrent as attacking a good company that is working on life-saving drugs, for one's own selfish financial profits. Sickening. And sickening that those people think they can re-invent themselves as supposed bulls.
