Once the Chinese start buying up product and make no mistake about it, they are going to buy a lot of product (water alone will bring in HUGE profit with the amount they will buy to make shipping it worth while) the company will get to the green real quick and the pps will ride along to crazy highs for a start up company. At that point a RS will not be needed to get to the AMEX entry point.
