There's that due diligence Ashcroft did for us with an impartial judge vetting their work. All of this a very inexpensive rate (less than 1% dilution). You can't buy piece of mind insurance like that for so cheap very often.

I agree...it went on longer than it should have. Once Ashcroft took the case I hoped things would be dropped rather quickly but the extra third-party DD never hurts.

Do I think Rosen and team are good guys? No, not really.
Do I think Rosen should pay our legal fees? Yep.
Am I glad Rosen filed their suit? On Aug 6, 2015 I wasn't. After reviewing it with a cool head I thought that I should just make the best of the situation and I think I came out ahead.

As I said, I don't post else where. Also, I can't help you with your secret admirers but I have about 8 people PMing me every time you suggest I'm someone else. Maybe it's one guy messing with me but I think you've accused half the board of being hydras.
