Friday's trading/offers proved that to be incorrect. There were PLENTY of shares available. Plenty of games and manipulation as well but still plenty of shares for anyone wanting to take a low 8 figure position and barely move the PPS.
Long term PPS appreciation needs more Bill and less IR.
