Sports supplement group is now owned by Luthor holding,an IT corporation with office in Palo Alto (Silicon Valley).
Luthor Holding is about to launch the new next generation ride sharing APP in USA for long distance called CARSMARTT.
The App is already been funded by its initial investor and now a first private placement memorandum is been prepared for second round.
The launch of CARSMARTT will be in 2 weeks.
