Welcome aboard. Like all companies, they will grow their way out of the debt by strong earnings, which they have. The borrowed money, the banks, the warrants, are all under control and they appear to have the ability to raise non- toxic money if and when they need to. Shareholder dilution is not a run-away concern.
What spooks me (and apparently the others) are the issues which BTGI has no control over, mainly the past Ordnance/ US Government fiasco. That may come back to bite them, and since it is an unknown it will keep the pps down a bit. Thankfully, the company keeps us informed on those developments. A bit of a crap-shoot, but what sub-penny stock isn't. I like the odds on this one.
