$PSGR Where does shareholder money really go? The new UNAUDITED & REVISED Financial Statement leaves much to be desired. How can a Pilot Plant be valued at (approx.) $425K on the prior Financial and then be DEVALUED to (approx.) $225K including 'other' equipment? As I posted in a prior entry, there are several other examples of line items that magically appear and disappear.
For those who have followed Pershing Resources and its other iterations, IN MY OPINION, Financials appear to be a game of 'Hide the Money'. There appears to be entries for Consultant Fees and Salaries that appear and disappear/inflate and deflate as each year's financials are 'revised'...UNAUDITED, of course. Someone IS making a tidy sum. Certainly NOT any common share investor. For TWENTY PLUS YEARS the story has remained the same. A Press Release about 'New Technology' is issued and the technology never pans out.
Where does the money go? Maybe more direct questions to the Corporate Office are necessary. It is time for Pershing Resources to produce a product of value TO THE INVESTORS.....BS is NOT a product of value. Nothing will be started until June BUT starting in June of 2017,The Arizona Republic (newspaper) may just be a good starting place for a reporter to launch an investigation. Followed by one or two newspapers in Nevada. Maybe, by Summer's end, an investigative reporter will find the answers.
