This one is tricky as fundamentals are what they are. Though they plan to launch new PR campaign this Monday to upsell new menu, in my area, whenever I do go to their restaurant, the employees make you feel as if they got better things to do than wait on you and atmosphere is negative according to many who post on social media in the Hickory, NC region ...
Retail of all sizes right now are in for a fight, as we simply have oversaturation in USA in every town of corp franchises, etc and a growing civilian population but fewer overall people with the former expendable incomes they once had when we had a strong middle class in America say from the 50's to 80's... More people than ever living off high % credit cards today, as most jobs created under Obama Administration, were retail lower wage (not living wage) jobs as a whole. Most people, such as here in NC, work those jobs but still fall under poverty level for State so qualify for Welfare benefits to boot on top of what they earn at those jobs...
