and if they execute well and get
revs accelerating again whatever shrs they give to
new management will b a non issue 6mnths to a yr
from now when revenues are rocketing higher.
Also NTEK is on the verge of profitability under
the above scenario which will put them in a
position to do a BUYBACK down the road and
the market will factor all that in to a higher valuation
even with a higher O/S getting new management.
So it all comes down to how New Management
performs whether issuing new shrs is good or bad for us.
