Really? How many of those challenges were created by GOP governors and GOP legislature sponsored tax cuts?

And of course if the reverse had obtained RE State and local gov. jobs, would you be OK with that or would you hang it around Dem 's necks as reckless spending?
Someone earlier mentioned a weakening of the military. Go take a look at what the Sequester........required.
Is an unwillingness to deploy and engage in major combat a weakness, or a sign of the strength implicit in lessons learned?
How about the growth in the use of smart weaponry and special ops?
Too many clichés about 'military strength' continue to cloud discussions on what it is and how it should be used.
