$CRTC Update & Outlook - Friday 13.
The CEO confirmed by Tweet yesterday that the plans update will not be issued until $CRTC regains OTC Current status. This is still expected imminently - the holdup is currently with the TA.
The current run - started by with some longs realizing that they weren't going to get any more fills at .0002 and hitting the ask at .0003 - resulted in a wave of newly interested people turning up on iHub who have been posting prolifically. Nothing there are posting is actually new or unexpected in comparison with the ongoing narrative that longs already knew and I had posted here first for months.
Buying in anticipation of the long overdue update - first a work in progress at the start of 4Q 2016 after there was no anticipated update at end 1Q 2016 for reasons yet to be explained - was always anticipated and the recent high of .0009 mirrors previous mini-runs in 2015 and 2016 after year end sell offs.
The unexpected high volume for $CRTC - particularly at the .0008 level - enabled much jockeying of position in the pecking order of shareholders in terms of overall holdings, overall cost basis and - for the few that were impatient (mainly those that were late to add in previous years and then got impatient between developments) - exit if they desired.
There is a small core of ultra-longs with the same vision as myself. That is runs on a regular basis a few times a year on a little know stock with a thin share structure whilst accumulating and holding at all times and - accumulating when impatient people leave - a core position as "free" shares at the lowest possible cost basis. These are never ever flipped but held for maximum profits on a breakout above .0020+ towards .01 when at some point in the future the CEO eventually comes out with "blockbuster" news such as a deal to stock brick and mortar stores or patented apparel.
Over the coming days, we may see some of those that bought .0008s/.0009s get impatient and panic if the updates known to be coming don't materialize in a few business days. This may offer opportunities to add through a combination of hitting the ask at any price within an individual's comfort zone, and bidding as well but with less likelihood of getting filled - particularly at .0004 or below.
Overall, $CRTC remains one of my favorite stocks for gains on a regular basis each year whilst accumulating a free lotto for the long term. At the end of the day, it usually upticks on 5M>10M (exceptionally sometimes nearer 20M in the current situation) but that is way better than for instance MLCG which has an almost identical share structure but was taking 400M>500M per .0001 now nearer 100M - huge difference and far more risky.
