Usually lawyers extend "professional courtesy" to each other. That's what baffles me.On Wednesday,I get an email from my attorney saying they told her they sent it "yesterday"(Tuesday) overnight. It would have been coming from Pittsburgh PA.to Boston.Even if they sent it regular mail it should have shown up by Thursday at which point I would have it Friday.I worked for FDX for 5 years.I know how they operate. They NEVER send anything using themselves as the delivery carrier. They ALWAYS send it UPS or USPS.USPS would have had it delivered to my attorney on Thursday.(Pa.to Boston is actually overnight)They should have had it Wednesday.
My 6 Grandchildren WILL have their Christmas.I had to sell 900 shares of CTIX @ $1.83 (Sacrifice, sacrifice, sacrifice) But they will not go without.Meanwhile I have to learn how to "Accumulate Shares".
(I have to learn to stop having such a "soft heart")
