Another great way to shake people's confidence in

Brilacidin-OM was slow to recruit because the enrollment criteria are very strict. People in the study CANNOT have had treatment before. Catching people in their first round of treatment, and asking them to enroll in a clinical trial, is not easy. The patients are naive and do not really understand what oral mucositis is (if they are even told that it's a possible/probable side effect of treatment) and so it's a matter of reaching doctors and convincing them to get their newly-diagnosed patients into the study.
So to claim that somehow it is disappointing and Brilacidin-OM is unlikely to work based on the fact that clinical trials take time -- absurd. And FUD surrounded by claims of bullishness ("except....." )
