Freddie Mac Prices New $3 Billion Three-Year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Jan 12, 2017) - Freddie Mac ( OTCQB : FMCC ) announced today that it priced its new 1.5% three-year USD Reference Notes ® security due on Jan. 17, 2020. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAEE5, was priced at 99.892 to yield 1.537%, 9.5 basis points more than the yield on three-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Nomura Securities.
